i can’t begin to read all that…..know why? today i went to my physio therapist. she asked me how i was sleeping. thinking i was pretty big stuff i said, ‘not well, my circadian clock seems to be off’.
ah hah! she replied, and asked me a bunch of questions about my habits before bedtime. when she heard i was on the computer for a few hours at night then to bed, she said i was getting too many erm’s from the puter, making my brain activity too active and throwing off my circadian rhythm!!!!!
so now i’m cut off an hour before bedtime and will actually have to have a book….like PAPER in my hands to wind down. i’m willing to try 🙂
oops, cut off time is 10 minutes past due.
Yup – that is how I screw up mine, and I know how and why, and why it is bad!
