This isn’t just happening in NH, it’s happening all around the country. Go check some liberal blogs (e.g. Daily Kos).
Not only is it sleazy, in certain jurisdictions, it’s illegal and finable to the tune of $5000. Estimates for legal liability in NH alone are around $100M to the NRCC and the company running this scam, Conquest Communications. But, IANAL.
