    I wonder when this was written. The site doesn’t seem to say.
    It’s neat how he ends with the following
    Is evolution progressive?
    Well, I may not be a physicist but I am an evolutionary biologist, and you had better not get me started on that fascinating question.
    I doubt very much he would mean to imply that evolution has a goal or pre-specified direction. At least, he wouldn’t suggest such a thing nowadays.
