Dead-on analysis, as usual. Speaking as someone in the media, anyone who is not participating/investing in online media and community building (blogs, etc.) is in deep, deep denial about where things are headed.
Spiegel had a Q&A in New Scientist recently, BTW, reiterating his lame self-defense. He’s attempting to rehabilitate himself, I guess… with about as much success as one might expect.
