Oh, did I tell you that Leonard Cohen will be in Durham in November? Yes, that Leonard Cohen whose music I grew up with?
Yes, I bought the tickets as soon as it was possible and will go to DPAC on November 3rd to hear him live. Finally!!!
I heard that his concert in Belgrade was magical and amazing. I hope it will be the same in Durham.

One of the greats! Enjoy! I like to see guys going strong a lot older than me 😉
I attended a “intimate” (350 attendees)dinnergala/concert in Monaco on august 22. An unforgettable, almost cosmic expericience. LC sang for more than 2 hours, without break.
Nov 3 will be one of those (few) days for you you’ll never forget……
Best/Bless,
Theo
i went to see leonard in belfast and it turned out to be one of his best on his current european tour. if he’s half as good in durham you’re in for one night to remember!
I went to see Leonard Cohen earlier this year when he played outdoors at a vineyard at Bowral, NSW. He played for almost 3 hours and did 3 encores (the last encore went for over 30 minutes).
He was humble and incredibly polite.
I’ve seen some excellent concerts over the years (Nirvana & the Cure would top the list in terms of quality/atmosphere) but this one was a cut above the rest.
